Cookie Policy

Last updated 8 October 2026

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how we use them on our website, and how you can manage your preferences.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to improve their performance, and to provide information to the site's owners. Similar technologies such as pixels and local storage work in comparable ways, and we refer to all of them as "cookies" in this policy.

2. How we use cookies

We use cookies for the following purposes:

  • Strictly necessary cookies — required for the website to function and to keep it secure. These cannot be switched off in our systems.
  • Performance and analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. The information collected is aggregated and used to measure and improve performance.
  • Functional cookies — remember choices you make to give you a better, more personalised experience.

Analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are visited and how visitors found us. It does not use cookies. Visitors are counted using a hash of the incoming request, which is discarded after 24 hours, and page views are recorded anonymously and reported only as aggregated statistics, not linked to any individual or IP address.

Google Analytics: with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google Ireland Limited) to understand how visitors find and use the site, for example which pages are visited, how people arrived, and when an enquiry form is submitted. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_<ID>) that last up to 2 years. These cookies are only set if you click "Accept" in our cookie banner. If you click "Reject", or make no choice, no Google Analytics cookies are set and Google receives only basic, cookieless signals without identifiers. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. We do not use advertising cookies.

We also use Integrate Analytics, our own analytics tool, to see which pages are visited, how visitors found us, and when someone taps a phone, email or WhatsApp link or submits a form. It does not use cookies or store anything on your device. Visitors are counted using an anonymous code created from the incoming request that changes every day, IP addresses are not stored, and the contents of forms are never collected.

3. Third-party cookies

Some cookies may be set by third-party services that appear on our pages, such as analytics providers. We do not control the setting of these cookies, so we recommend you check the relevant third party's website for more information about their cookies and how to manage them.

4. Managing your cookies

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can set your browser to block or alert you about cookies, but some parts of the site may not work properly as a result. To find out more, visit your browser's help pages or aboutcookies.org.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the cookies we use or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page.
